You can return your order free of charge within 14 days. Please note that the tag must be attached and the item cannot be worn or washed.
You can return your order by completing the following steps:
Select the reason for your return. Fill in your order ID and the items you would like to return After your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order. If you would like to receive a different size or product, place a new order via
Fill in your address, find a parcel shop near you, and create your return.
Your return request will be approved within one business day. Once it has been approved, you’ll receive the return label and return instructions. If you encounter any problems during the return process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Feremi has made every effort to display the colors of the products on https://feremi.com/ as correctly as possible. All items are checked for any faults before they are being shipped to our customers.
After choosing your items, you should only follow five steps:
Select your items and use the “ADD TO CART” button.
Review your shopping cart by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You can delete items from your shopping cart or make some changes in the quantity and/or in the size.
After all of that, click on ”CHECKOUT” to proceed with your order.
Enter your personal details and address. If you have a Feremi account, simply log in and everything is filled in with your info. If you don’t have a Feremi account you can either create one, or checkout as a guest.
Enter the delivery address details which can be different from your home address.
Check the order details and if everything is alright, click continue.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary, after your payment has been processed. You will receive another email once the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Feremi currently supplies the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Sweden.
