Ordered before 11 p.m. will be delivered tomorrow
We deliver the next day if you order before 11 p.m.
After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 3 minutes (Note: may end up in the spam). The delivery time of the package therefore depends on the time of the order. It can also depend on the chosen payment method.
Standard delivery time on the day of order
If you want to receive your package as soon as possible, you will find the standard shipping times on the day of your order here. We deliver the next day every day if ordered before 11 p.m. Except for orders placed on Saturday, which are delivered on Monday. There may also be different delivery days on public holidays.
Shipping method
Delivery will be delivered by PostNL tot he address you entered.
Track & trace
After your package has been sent you will receive an email with the Track & Trace number. You can track your order via the Track & Trace link, so you know exactly when to expect it. Small products are sent in an envelope, with or without track and trace.
Not at home
If you are not at home when the order is presented to you, the PostNL employee will leave a notification in the box.
If delivery of the package is not possible, the addressee can collect the shipment within 1 week at the indicated PostNL point. If the package is not collected, costs will be charged for return.
